    He was not a lovely dog but he was very lovable. He had the brightest eyes I ever saw. He liked to go for a walk or a frolic every evening. He was very friendly with everybody. Postmen, tramps & tinkers. When anybody came to our house he ran out & licked their hands, & he kept all his baring for the cat. We called him "Rags".
