- There are four seasons in the year, namely Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter. As Spring occurs first in the year we shall deal first with it. In Spring Mother Earth wakens out of her slumber and shakes away the snow & frost. The rays of sunlight steal down to where the little plants lie sleeping. Little by little they make their way to the surface of the earth.
