    1. Neither the Mayor nor any of the burghers was pleased to see the children go, though they were delighted to behold the last of the rats.
    2. A large quantity of Rheinish, Hock & other wines was consumed at the Council dinners.
    3. The scornful Mayor faced the angry Piper, & each was determined not to give way.
    4. In Transylvania it is said that there is a tribe of alien people.
    5. Everybody who has made a promise should do his best to keep it.
