  1. Long ago the people used to wear no shoe. They used to carry their shoes across their shoulder until they come near the town. They used to put them on. They began to wear shoes at the age of 20. The children wear no shoes in the summer. Boots are repaired very often by the shoe makers in town. The people used to wear clogs long ago. There were timber soles in them.
