  1. The people long ago used eat three meals a day, their dinner, breakfast and supper. Generally the very old workmen used to eat their breakfast at six o'clock in the morning. They used to eat for their breakfast potatoes, salt and butter milk.Then their dinner at twelve o'clock would have to be taken where they worked. For their dinner they had paka made of yellow meal wet with boiled water. For the supper potatoes, salt and skimmed milk.
