  1. We light candles on every window on Christmas Eve, and on Little Christmas and on New Years night. One candle are put into jam pots and are lighted at six o'clock in the evening. They are left lighting all the night. My father that lights the big candles and the youngest in the house lights the small candles in front of the crib.
