A poor old woman lived in Goorey in the County of Culdaff and a crowd of other women always came t her house to spin. The women of the house noticed from the time they began to come she never had any butter when she churned. She told her confessor what was happening and he told her to make the spinners say, "God bless the milk," and she who did not say so was taking the best of the cow's milk away.
