    Crows repairing deserted nests in Winter. Horses drowsy; gnats plentiful, moisture on walls. Dogs eating grass; smoke rising crookedly. Cats sitting with backs to the fire. The mountains invisible. A cloud descending the mountain-side and lying half way down. Willie wag-tails on the streets. When the fire is stirred and the blue lights are seen in it.
