    until nightfall. Monday does not seem too bad now and Friday evening not so far away. That is one day's work finished and that is some consolation.
    If the evening is wet I stay indoors and learn my lessons. But I cannot content myself at that because Mr. Sleep comes creeping about. I put my head out the door but I usually pull it in quicker because the rain does not smell very pleasant. The next you see of me is the top of my head up from under the blankets. I remain there until next morning and I assure you that I am well fit for my breakfast then. I would almost eat the hind-leg of the ass.
