    After riding for about an hour we reached our destination. My father did not need to tell me that it was the shop as I knew it by it's outer appearance. A few horses were standing outside ready to be shod. A little stream flowed at the back of the shop and a pile of horse-shoes were threw adjacent to it.
    The interior of the shop was not so strictly kept. A big fire of coal was burning on the hearth and the bellows was placed beside it ready for action. The smith was busily employed gett-
