    Dear Sir,
I regret that the goods which I received to-day are wholly unsuitable and I am returning them.
The coat was too light both in colour and weight and the sleeves were by far too tight. I hope you will forward me a heavy grey tweed coat a size larger than the one received. The shoes were also too light as I usually wear strong shoes. If you have shoes with toe-caps in stock please forward them to me. I take size five of shoes.
