Collected by: - Seosamh Mac Giolla Coisgle, Coad
Told by: - John Costello, Coad, (his father)
(58 years)

At that time there were three women living in the house the Linnanes now occupy and they used to make Indian meal bread for the men. There is another road leading from the mountains to Ceathrú na gCránn called bother na nacraí. This is so called because there were several little houses on the road and the people there had only an acre of a garden each.
