    around now are :- tinkers, gipsies and beggarmen. They have been going around for a good many years. Some of them have a lot of money and more of them are poor. People buy from them. They always remain longer than a night at a time. Sometimes they sleep in tents and other times they sleep in vans. They all nearly travel in families. The family which most often visit here is Donohoe.
