    poured in to raise the temperature. The butter is lifted out with two butter spades. Then it is put into a big dish and water is poured on it. Then the milk is well squeezed out of the butter. When that is done there is salt mixed through the butter and it is made into pounds.
    The butter milk is used for feeding calves and pigs. It is also used for making cakes.
