  1. There was a field down the Dalgan road opposite the road going down to the "Commons" where the Síbíns lived. The "Síbíns" were pipers and their wives kept lodging houses. The people who used to lodge in the houses would have great fun playing games in the fields outside the houses. While they used to be playing the game the man of the house and his sons would pipe for them. 2
