    Money was very plentiful in ancient Ireland, as the people lived poorer, and lighter than they really were.
    Each person had money in bank but the very rich people kept their money in coffee boxes. People did not make much use of money in olden times as they worked Barter
    it was the exchanging of goods. Such as we are told? the baker gave as much bread to the shoemaker as would buy a pair of shoes. And so on until they used "Barter" for every thing they wanted.
    If a person brought a cow he would work to pay for the cow.
    People never liked to exchange clothes on Sundays as they
