  1. About forty five years ago there was an excursion from Tanbertto Kilkee. One boat went there. They had a great day there and they enjoyed themselves greatly. They came to the boat in the evening and they put two many people in the boat. There was twelve teachers and three brothers in her. It was a bad boat; she was taking the water from underneath They were nearly home at (home) shore and she began to leak very quickly and she sunk and every one of the people were drowned.
