Everyone goes to the chapel on Easter Sunday to get blessed salt.
Some children make a May bush on May Day.
They make the May bush with egg-shells and other things.
On Halloween we get a brack and nuts. There is generally a ring in the brack and whoever gets the ring will be married first. Men dress up with old clothes and visors and go around from house to house. In every house they get nuts or apples or other things.
On Christmas Day everyone gets up early and goes to first Mass. When the children come home from Mass they always look to see what Santa Claus has brought them. The children play with toys on Christmas Day. We get a turkey.
