    Bhí bean na cómhnuidhe i Ráthlaoich fadó agus bhí sé ráidhte go mbeireadh sí im na gcomharsan le piseoga. Thagadh sí maidin Bealtaine go claidhe teórann ar a theagmhuigh uisce dtrí bhfeirm le chéile agus meadar agus loin aici. Chuireadh sí an mheadar isteach sa ghlais ag leigint uirthi go raibh im á dhéanamh aice agus deireadh sí "A Bhóirce adhairce goid liom im Ráthlaoich Brotháin" agus "Insebpréachán agus im an t-sagairt cé gur deachair é d'iarraidh".
