    The following day was misty and in the evening when the husband was out about the farm his young wife was sitting in a chair bu the kitchen fire when she espied a frog make its entry through the doorway and kept hopping in the direction of the fire. The woman handled the fire tongs and managed to grasp the reptile, then flung it over the half-door, - there was one in this house. After a little while she again noticed there was the same frog as a visitor. She dealt as before with him, and he paid his third visit only to be ejected in similar fashion.
    The woman conceived nothing unusual about the incident until she looked out in the yard where hundreds of frogs were hopping about to and fro.
    She informed her husband what she witnessed and he consoled
