    There are two wells in this district, one at Kilpeacon and the other at Killonahan.
    The one at Kilpeacon is known as St Patricks Well. This well lies in Mr Mangan's land in the 2nd field from Kilpeacon road beside Kilpeacon river. Its site is marked by two ash trees.
    About 40 years ago people paid annual visits to this well and it said that the water is a cure for weak eyes.
