The people take the butter out of the churn, first they let the milk out of it and then they take the butter out. The butter is then washed and left on a dish. Salt is put on it then and it is lined with a wooden spade. The buttermilk is put in cakes and if there is too much some of it is sold. The buttermilk is put in cakes and if there is too much some of it is given to young bonhams. Once upon a time ther was an old red haired woman in the district. She was sixty nine years of age. The woman went visiting to a house one day.
