- We have eight fields and the names of them are Páirc an Tobar because there is a well in it. Croc Árd because there is a high hill in it. Cúd Gairdín because it is at the back of the garden. Páirc na Sceach because there is a bush growing in the middle of it. Páirc na bothán because there was once an old hut in it Páirc na bruidhean because there is a fort in it. Páirc na Gaothmar because there is no shelter in it. Páirc na Gleann because there is a valley in it.

Brickens means the village of the badgers.
Threeanriabac means the village of the there hills.
Liscolman means Colman's fort.
Druim means the field of the ridges.
Kilnock means the church on the hill.
