  2. The people used to eat three meals a day long ago. The names of the meals were breakfast, dinner and supper. The people used to eat their breakfast at nine o'clock and their supper at six o'clock in the evening. They used to have to go out to work before their breakfast. And when the breakfast would be ready they would be called in. They used to have porridge for their breakfast and supper and potatoes for their dinner. There was no tea at that time. They used to have the table against the wall.
