    There was in the village of Cloonthue a family of Byrnes who were evicted from their holdings. The people lived for three days in the place and then they went to the County Home. The name of the Landlord that evicted them was Michael Treston the landlord of Cloonthue.

  2. The names of the Landlord of the district were Austin Crean, John Treston, Richard Prendergast, William Rush. It is about thirty years ago since they were in the place. There were some people evicted during the time of the Landlords. Some people liked the Landlords and more did not. When the people were evicted from their homes they broke everything in the house such as vessels and pictures. Any person who was not able
