    that I lay on. Twelve candles lighted the lady with the Branch, the angel with the flower. Jesus, Mary and Joseph assist me in my dying hour.
    This prayer is to be said after going to bed at night and while lying on your right side.
    O angel of God my guardian dear to whom God's love commits me here and ever this night be at my side to light and guard to rule and guide.
