  1. Travelling folk still call at our home The same families do not stay any more than a week. The are very poor. Most of them sell delph, carpets, pictures, badges, and a lot of other blessed things. People buy delph and sometimes carpets. We do not no where the get their goods.
    Some travellers are welcome but others are not. They remain six or seven nights in the one place. They erect tents and sleep in them. They have no food. They accept meat, tea, sugar, flour, meal and eggs.
