  2. If the sky is blue in the morning and in the afternoon it gets cloudy and the clouds begin to move it is the sign of frost. In the morning if the fog goes off the mountain and goes west it is the sign of fine weather. When the cap is on the mountain in the evening is the sign of rain: When the crows are flying in the air high in the evening it is the sign of fine weather.
