Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)One of them lives in Aghclay and the other in Corleck. The implements they used were a stappler and a thatching knife. The thatching material was straw and rushes. It was mowed and bundled. The most of the houses are made of stone and sand and lime. Calleagh was called after an old woman. The name Calleagh is an old Irish word. There are three old people living in it over seventy. The people that knew Irish are all dead. These old people could tell stories in English. The houses were more plentiful int he townland before this. There are a lot of the houses now in ruins.
Some of the people went to other countries and others of them died. Most of the people went to America. The townland is mentioned in stories. The land is fairly hilly and good. It is all fenced in fields. There is no wood. The ash trees are most plentiful in the townland. There is a river runs along the side of it. It is divided (bounded) by a river.
