beidh Ó Conaill clúmhall ag pléidhe don chúlfhionn

Beidh Ó Conaill clúmhall ag pléidhe don chúlfhionn,
Is ag deunamh cúram do'n chailín óg,
Our blessed jubilee from Rome we'll soon have,
And our lands made free from wild fume once more.

Tá Prionnsa Gaedhlach in iarthar Éireann
I ndeire an Áin Éil bhog ar bhruach na Sín,
When our great leader with strong endeavours
Will set our nation from bondage free.

Beidh Clanna Gaedhil go haéraí gleusta
Ag deunamh daorsmacht a bhrughadh sa tír,
Our sweat and labour we have from Damer,
And to perjured traitors we'll pay no fee

Mo ghrádhsa an tAthair do cheap na grásta,
Beam na rún páirteach go bráth arís.
We'll sow our seeds and we'll weed them after
And we'll grind the corn of Cromwell's breed.
