  1. Once upon a time there were five men out wading in the sea fishing sheans. They had a fishing gear made of bags called the tram. They waded out round a large hole in the sand unknown to themselves and the man who was sinking the solo rope stepped into the hole. The rest of the party got excited and ran away instead of drawing in the tram. They came back sometime afterwards and drew in the tram and the man drowned still hanging to the rope.
    There was a man once upon a time and he had a large stack of turf. One day he was out in the bog for a creel of turf and when he had it filled he took out his pipe for a smoke.
