  1. Long ago the people got no medical attention and they cured all the diseases they had themselves. The diseases they had were pains, measles, toothaches, and boils.
    1. When any person had any pains they passed under certain rocks, and narrow defiles, to cure themselves.
    2. Nettle soup was the cure for measles. They also passed person who had the disease round a donkey three times.
