  1. One day a boy was coming home from school. It was in the Winter, and it was very stormy and wet, and there was a great flood in the river. As he was crossing a small bridge, he was blown by the wind into the river. The flood was very high, and it took him down the river about half a mile. After a long searching next day by the neighbours of the district, the body was recovered.
    About twenty years ago the Co-operative store was burned. It was said that
