    Nobody lived in it and it fell. Its ruins can still be seen. Tomas McCabe died and his land was sold. His house fell shortly after. There is only a heap of stones there now. Ann McTyre went to an asylum and her land was sold. Her house still stands. Hugh Donlop sold land with a house to Michael McCann. He knocked the house shortly after.
    The land of Killatee is dry and hilly except a very odd place.

  2. My townland is cut off from Gallonreagh at the foot of James Reilly's bray going towards Shercock. It ends at Drumcondra bridge which is a couple of yards below Tommy Mc Gorry's. It got its name from the black forth which is at the top of our field in Charles Mc Quaid's land
    Five families live in it and thirty people and all have different names.
    Two houses are thatched and two slated and one galvanized in the townland.
    Tommy Mc Gorry is almost seventy years
