    Long ago there was an Irish priest in Germany. One day he met a woman. This woman was from the North of Germany and she was telling him about Loch a'Quinnleáin but he did not understand her. She said that there was a lake in the North of Germany and the people used to pay visits there on the 8th of July every year.
    This priest was a parish priest and some time afterwards he came to the parish of Tuosist in Lauragh, he did not know anything about Loch a'Quinnleáin then. He was not long in Lauragh when the time came that the people used to pay the visits to Loch a'Quinleáin They used to pay them, all the time on the
