  1. Some distance from Swords there lives a boy who told me this story. His Grandfather and Grandmother, lived in the house next door. His Grandfather died, and after that his Grandmother used to sleep beside the fire. One night while she was asleep some of her hair caught fire. She did not know this. Then she felt someone touching her softly on the back. She woke up then and saw her husband dressed in white. He pointed to her hair and then dissappeared. She had time to put her hair out before she was burned. And never again she sleep before the fire.
