  1. There were three meals eaten a day on the olden times. The meals were breakfast and dinner and lunch. The breakfast was eaten at nine o'clock and the dinner eaten at one the lunch at seven o clock People used to eat before breakfast in the morning
    There was tea and oat meal bread for breakfast, and potatoes and meat and cabbage and butter milk for dinner and stirabout for supper. If there was a great crowd at the table it would be out in the middle of there floor and if not it would be in near the wall.
    The bread that was eaten was oatmeal bread and flour cake. The oatmeal cake was made with oatmeal and water and a flour was
