Whether it is superstition or not, the people of my locality say that certain days are lucky or unlucky. There are many of these days as:
    1. Saturday is an unlucky day to be the first day in a new house for the saying is that Saturday's flit has a short rest.
    2. If a person begins a new job on Saturday it is said to be unlucky, for it is said that it would be twice as long as it would be if it had began on any other day of the week.
