There is a house in Loughfad and one day a woman came to the door and told the people of the house, not to throw any more water out on the front door for that every drop of water the threw out on the front door was coming down on them. The people of the house closed the (from) front door and opened the back door. From that day to this day there was no water thrown out on the front door.
