In olden times the people had many pisreoga and some of them are there until the present time.
If you cross a brush it is said you will meet a disappointment.
If you break a mirror it is said you will have seven years bad luck.
If you spill salt it is said that you will have bad luck.
If a knife falls off the table it is said it is as sign of a big row.
If a sod falls off he fire it is said someone will come to the house.
If a fork falls off the table it is said that a gentleman will come to the house.
If a spoon falls off the table it is said that a lady will come to the house.
If a lady comes into the house on New Year's Day it is said that you would have bad luck for the year.
