  1. Prayer when leaving the Church.
Jesus dear I now must leave you for a little while. How I wish that I could linger in thy loving smile. Lest there should thou be lonely Jesus while I am away, my poor heart to thee I offer through the long long day. There before the Tabernacle as the lamp will burn with my love. It will be glowing until I return.
Jesus put thine arms around me, keep me undefiled, watch, and in the shades of evening welcome back Thy child.
