If the sun shines very early in the morning it is a sign of rain. A great number of stars seen in the sky is the sign of frost. When the moon is seen during the day it is a sign of rain. If the clouds appear to travel very fast across the sky it is a sign of a storm. When a rainbow is in the sky it is the sign of rain. When the wind blows from the north-east it is a sign of snow.
