    forts. Mostly all the houses in Carnaree are thatched. There are only four slated houses in the district. There are a very few old men living in the district. The oldest of them is Pat Quigley. He is over ninty years. He is well able to go around yet with the aid of a stick.
    All the men of the district are farmer. Each of the farmers puts down a good crop of oats, potatoes, and vegetables.
