  1. In this district everybody keeps less or more animals and pets such as cows, calves, horses, donkeys, pigs, sheep, dogs, cats, ducks, hens, geese, and turkeys. These are the most animals in the farm.
    Goats are kept by some people. There are not many goats in this district. People who have no cows usually keep goats.
    Long ago people gave names to cows such as, polly, bess, speckle, and many others. The cows were called different names according to their colour. A cow that had no horns was called polly.
    When people are calling cows they say "Pruggy, Pruggy" and when calling calves "sucky, sucky".
