have a good horse. Others of them come selling lace, silk, pins, laces. They never take any food with them, but they come to the houses begging food. The alms that they ask are, bread, butter, tea, sugar, and milk. When they get these alms, they are very thankfull, and when they go into the next house they tell all that they saw, & heard in the other houses that they visited. On that account the people do not like them.
