- We have a churn at home. It is about thirty ins. high, and about fifteen ins wide. The sides are round. It was bought in the town of Cavan, about two years ago. It is made of oak, and is hooped with iron bands.
The milk is left in the dairy for about three or four days,(continues on next page)
