    It lights are seen in the sky its a sign of a storm.
    If a dog starts to eat grass it is a sign of rain.
    If the cattle are gathered together on the side of a hill lying down early in the morning it is a sign of a good day.
    If the wind is from the North its a sign of a storm of snow.
    The wind from the East brings disease.
    If you stand on a hill and that you can see far away it is a sign of good weather.
    If the moon is that crooked that a man could hang his hat on it, it is a sign of dry weather.
    When the clouds are passing over the sky it is a sign of rain.
