As they come to the words "Postman postman drop your letter" they drop a pebble and that the words "lady lady pick it up" they pick up the pebble and skip at the same time. For swinging they tie a piece of rope to a tree - each end a little distance apart. One child sits on it and the other pushes it to and fro.
