Once upon a time there lived a man and he was very fond of cardplaying. When Sunday morning would come he would never think of getting up to go to Mass. One night when he was coming home from rambling in an neighbour's house a little man came out from behind the ditch and jumped up on his back. When they came to the first house the people there were saying the Rosary. The next house they came to the woman there was sprinkling the holy water. The next house they came to the man was putting his wife to the devil. The little man went into that house. The other man went home and he never missed Mass after.
