Once upon a time a woman was living in a house. Every night people would come to play cards with her. One day a priest came to her and told her not to be playing cards to a late hour in the night.

Once upon a time a woman was living in a house. Every night people came to play cards with her. One day a priest came to her and told her not to be playing cards to a late hour in the night. The woman said to him that they would play as long as they liked. The priest said nothing but walked off. A few days later the priest came again he said to the woman, "Is that the table the people are playing cards on." The woman said it was and they were playing to night as well. The priest said "not many more" and hit the table with a stick and made a mark on the table. When the people came in that night they asked the woman what put the mark on the table. The woman told them and the people walked out.
